As an international transformational speaker, leadership coach, career strategist, and #1 bestselling author of Healing Leadership and Fearless Women at Work, I am here to guide and pour into you everything I’ve learned on my journey—so we can rise to our fullest leadership potential together.

Throughout this program, we will explore the five core strategies of the C.A.R.E.S. Leadership Success System™, a framework that consistently delivers transformational results. I am grateful to partner with you on this journey as we work toward your goals with purpose and joy.

What to expect in the next 12 months

7 Mobile-Friendly Training Modules

Starting with the Course Introduction, we'll support your engagement with our high-energy leadership training modules on Kajabi. Commit to watching or listening to the modules. You can access them anytime, anywhere, and even listen while walking the dog or during your commute.

We'll provide you with the tools and strategies to stay productive, schedule your training, and complete it successfully. It's all about making it work for you! 

12 Mastermind Circles, Every 2 Weeks

For the first six months, we will meet in a vibrant, safe Mastermind Circle every two weeks for 12 occurrences, except on U.S. holidays. Your cohort agrees to all make-up sessions.

Circles include two or more of these: a grounding check-in, discussion of the online training material, "hot seat" laser coaching to tackle a specific issue, breakout rooms to practice tools, and geatest gifts from our time together.

Weekly Training Prompts

We'll send you weekly Training Prompt emails with the module training topic of the week and accountability & focus sheet to help you stay in flow and on track with your weekly online leadership development modules.

The prompts arrive on Mondays and include the curriculum to be covered that week, giving you ample time to work on the online modules. We'll provide ACTION STEPS in your learning portal each week to practice and grow in our safe environment.

6 Monthly Visionary Leaders Circle

After your first six months in the program, you'll join the Visionary Leaders Circle, which includes six months of monthly one-hour group coaching and check-in sessions with other program graduates. These sessions will help you stay on track with your leadership goals.

You will receive calendar invitations for these sessions on the first Wednesday of every month after your Mastermind graduation. Additionally, you will also receive calendar invitations for our complimentary Women's Self-Care Retreat. Looking forward to it!

How to get started & best practices

STEP 1: Logistics & Support

  • Please complete the Client Agreement and add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

  • Stay organized and dedicate a notebook, journal, or digital folder to your leadership development Mastermind program. The Workbook is digital. You can download it to work on the exercises from your laptop.

  • We are here to support you every step of the way, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM ET. If you have any general questions, check out our Mastermind Brochure & FAQ. 

 

Client Agreement

STEP 2: Access Your Training

  • Log in to your Learning Portal using your registration email; click "forgot password" to receive your login details again if needed. Start with the Course Introduction.
  • Download your training materials, the digital Workbook, and the Curriculum. Use them to schedule your training each week. Mark every lesson COMPLETE so we can accurately track your weekly progress. For fun, we'll have a "Leader Board" each time we meet.
  • Download the Kajabi app from your app store for the best mobile experience--our members love it! Then, bookmark the Learning Portal site for easy access.

STEP 3: Let's Meet Virtually

  • Please accept our calendar invitations for the bi-weekly "ElevateHer with Dr. Ginny Baro" sessions and, later, the "Monthly: Visionary Leaders Circle Premium Mastermind."
  • Please request to join Dr. Ginny Baro's Private LinkedIn Community, which is members-only. I'll post frequently, and we can share resources to stay engaged, committed, and accountable and practice your online presence and visibility. 
  • Pin or bookmark Dr. Ginny Baro's Private LinkedIn Community for easy access from all your devices.

STEP 4: Let's get strategizing!

 

Book your  1-hour VIP strategy sessions.

 

You receive 4 for the first 6 months of the program.

Your company sometimes sponsors you to have more. Plan to schedule sessions within the first 6 - 8 weeks. My calendar gets booked 3 - 4 weeks in advance. Therefore, plan ahead.

During your private coaching session, we'll uncover your:

  • Unique Value Proposition
  • Centers of Influence Network
  • Explore any areas of limitation holding you back
  • Help you create your Massive Action Map

You can bring any topics you want to discuss in your private sessions.

We recommend covering the materials for your Unique Value Proposition before scheduling your first VIP session.

Your Self-Care is Essential 

 

As impactful leaders, we are intentional about honoring and cultivating our self-care.

How do you lower anxiety and stress, perform, and feel your best despite the daily challenges and hurdles?  

Welcome to a community of empowering leaders, where we're conscious about practicing self-care and Self-leadership.

Over the next year, I'll be sharing daily practices to help you replenish your energy, silence your inner critic, and embrace your best self. We dedicate time to gaining new tools throughout our weekly modules and the Leaders Self-Care Retreats (once a year). To get started:

  • Start paying attention to your energy levels throughout the week.
  • How are you replenishing your physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual energy?
  • If you don't already have a self-care routine, I invite you to create one. If you are struggling in this camp, bring this up during our Mastermind circles.
