I know firsthand what it means to navigate disruption and continue to elevate. I came to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic at 14 without speaking English and went on to build a 26-year career in technology and financial services, leading teams through growth, transformation, and changing demands.
Since founding ExecutiveBound® in 2017, I’ve worked with thousands of professionals and leaders to build on their strengths and expand their leadership capacity. Since 2021, I’ve also served as an external leadership coach for McKinsey & Company’s Executive Leadership Program, Pathways.
ExecutiveBound Elevate brings together what I’ve learned through my own journey and decades of working with leaders: disruption will keep coming, and how we respond to it matters. My goal is to help you continuously elevate yourself, your team, and your organization through it.
